Employer Branding Masterclass 2026

Employer Branding Masterclass

Employer Brand Ambassadors in the Age of AI:
Trusted Storytelling, Inclusive Advocacy & Talent Impact for UN & International Organizations

This revised 2026 edition of the Employer Branding Masterclass builds on highly successful previous cohorts and responds to the current operating realities of UN and international organizations: budget pressure, hiring constraints, and AI‑driven information ecosystems.

The Masterclass equips participants to design and run credible, inclusive, and governance‑ready employer brand ambassador programs that deliver real talent outcomes — without losing authenticity.

Target audience:
Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, HR Communications, DEI focal points, and hiring managers working in UN entities and international organizations.
